I think Miyamoto and Takeda will run the company for a couple of years but they'll bring someone on board and he will be groomed to take over after a period of time. Iwata-san was the same way, Yamauchi brought him to Nintendo in late '99/2000, but he was not given the reigns until 2002.
It probably won't be who the fans expect either. Being a CEO/president is not like being a good game designer. You have to be able to be on top of financial/accounting issues, be versed in running a business, ideally you need to speak English and Japanese, etc.
