Forums - Sony Discussion - Digimon Cyber Sleuth (PS4/Vita) coming to NA, 2016 (retail PS4/digital Vita)

Lol the only games I was currently planning to buy for vita were gravity rush 2 and Digimon cyber sleuth.
It seems I won't have to buy either for vita in the end. I'll just get the Ps4 versions. Really, really excited for this Digimon game though, 2016 is too far away...

Finally !

Combined with Crunchyroll bringing back season 1-5 of the anime, fantranslation of re digitize released and decode being in the works, it's a good time to be a western digimon fan.

Updated OP.

Didn't know there was a PS4 version for this game. Did it just flop in Japan, or was it recently announced? (The PS4 version)

Anyway, it's good that Japanese publishers seems more confident in bringing their games to the west.

Im happy to see this game isnt going to be JP only.

Theres english "fan made" patches to the PSP games btw....
Just incase the last game you played was from back in the PS1/PS2 days.

Only just announced as part of the localization.  Just like Sword Art Online: Lost Song/Tales of Zesteria before it.

I have to wonder if the reason they're not bringing across Digimon World: Redigitize is because they can't easily make a PS4 version out of it, lol.

Yeah, it really does seem like the PS4 is making pubs more confident that their games will sell okay in the west, and I guess with the declining home console (and handheld) market in Japan, they want to build an audience in the west.. Btw, has the localization of God Eater 2 been officially announced yet?

Unfortunately no

Would have loved a physical version for Vita, but I'll take what is being offered. If it's great I'll get it twice, just for having the physical version.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

I want it physical for the vita.....
