It's sarcastic but still very unprofessional.
Reading the whole post and context. It looks like the guy was being sarcastic.
daredevil.shark said: TBH he is stating an ugly truth. Third party games dont sell well in Nintendo systems. Yet vocal minorities keep them poking in internet. Yes. Its unprofessional. But it seems developers are angry over Nintendo. Plus many developers have already joked about Nintendo's attitude in gaming industry. |
Then they cant make the building goals include Wii U. They choose to support the system. Now they're like being an ass towards people. Because the work is now too hard for them. Jokes don't really help right now... I can easily say: "Your mother is a ****ing **** head." at a funeral. You'd treat it as a real insult, easily. He didn't try anything to show it was a joke. Like saying LOL, JK.
Man...some people really need to get their sarcasm detectors recalibrated. I actually expect more from some posters, but whatever. MyNintendoNews, however...I'm really not surprised to see it coming from that site. If I were Nintendo I'd disallow them to use their name in the blog. It's always full of disinformation and trolls, and that isn't even the comments section.
This thread really helps us see where some people stand. Thanks, Ian Bell.
Didn't he say this like a month ago? His game isn't happening on Wii U. Just time to move on folks.

^ this.
Op Didnt quote the post, that the guy made the remark too.
Its a kinda missing leading title, and the quote is taken out of context, to be bait/flame worhty.
I'm going to give him a pass as it would seem to be a joke, but let's be honest, the actions of his company have displayed that they have no respect for Nintendo users. If the NX turns out to be an appropriate platform I'll be holding them to an NX release.
It's amazing how people can't recognise sarcasm when it's as obvious as that.
