Are you more positive about Sony for this holiday, now that there is an Uncharted collection?

So then the same could be said about Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

I mean SERIOUSLY! What are you complaing about?

No, that's like totally different because that was 11 months before Halo 5, huge difference right there...

Not really when you consider Halo: The Master Chief Collection was fully playable in March 2015.  That is exactly 7 months prior to the release of Halo 5.

I was being sarcastic ;)

Their first party? Nah, not really I was expecting that Collection to happen when I made those threads. Sonys first party (and I mean literally their first party studios) is still too much behind in actual new PS4 game output imo. But this should still be cool, looking forward to playing the UC4 multiplayer beta.

But overall the quality of the rest of the year really hinges on Persona 5s release date to me. ;)

Big difference halo MCC-Nov 11, Halo 5-Oct 27 = 11.5 months Also actual effort was put into the collection, redone Halo 2, all mp...

Unchared Collection Oct 7, Uncharted 4~~ End of March   (Based soley off BB release) 6 months, no mp, simple 1080p port.

"That means not only allowing you to play the single-player campaigns of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception in 1080p and 60fps with better lighting, textures, and models, but they’re also working on a range of improvements and additions across all three games.

We put together the list of these improvements and additions based on countless forum posts, messages, Tweets, and even through personal conversations we’ve had with a number of you over the years. More on these specifics in future updates."

The main advantages of Halo 1 + 2 Anniversary are also better lighting, textures, and models.

"We'll toss the dice however they fall,
And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

They probably put Nathan Drake in the title so they can push the character and make him a bigger "name". Such a strange thing to complain about.

It's exactly that. Uncharted 4 is supposed to be the end of Nathan's adventures ("A thief's end"), it will be better if the players like the character. And even if I like him, he's not as well known as Lara Croft for example. They have to work on that.

Yeah, Persona 5 is my most anticipated game, not just exclusive, for the rest of this year. That and Uncharted Collection, with Dragon Quest Heroes, Tearaway and Until Dawn as more modest titles backing it up, would be a good rest of the year for me. If Persona falls to 2016 because of localisation, that would be very disappointing, no matter how good the first few months of 2016 looked.

So much hate, and it's over the dumbest things...Who cares about how close it comes out to Uncharted 4 or how the name is structured? Especially if you don't own or care about the PS4.

It's really gotten to a point where if certain Xbox fans are freaking out, Sony knows they've done something good.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

I am not sure what is going on in this thread anymore but it needs to stop right now. I'm all up for opposing opinions and discussions as long as they are relevant and reasonable. Derailing this thread by turning into a war between PS and Xbox fans is not relevant or reasonable and it will be subject to moderation. Along with that, the whole debate if the Uncharted collection copied MCC's name "debate" at this point is just derailing the thread even more and doesn't really have anything to do with the topic at hand.

Lot of moderating to be done here... best of luck Leadfield
