Looking at those GIFs makes me wish that Turn10 would make a Forza Rally Spinoff that plays like MotorStorm.

Honestly as they have two strong racing franchises I'd prefer they focus more on RPGs and other genres.

I don't think FH4 looks great because of the setting. It's really only the change of season that matters. It could be set almost everywhere.
Look at the 3 gifs posted above. Nothing of that screams UK. Could be everywhere. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Russia, Czech Republic, everything Scandinavia.
The only places in the trailer where you knew it was the UK was when you saw sheep and the architecture of the farm buildings.

Truth. As the game was being shown, I was talking to a friend from Ireland, and I was like "oh ok, I guess they went with UK after all." He says to me "that's not UK is it? That's somewhere else in Europe."

Until the guy actually said what the setting was, neither of us was 100% sure.

They are already confirmed to be working on a new IP I think.

No, Spencer said that they were looking into past ips when talking about their first project.

He didn't confirm they are working with an old ip, just that they were talking about it.

I was also thinking about the recent interview with matt Booty  from here along with the job posting Ryu mentioned it pretty much confirms a new IP to me.
