Ninja Theory acquisition is a great, unexpected move. I like their action games. I hope they'll add 20-30 developers and release AAA games every 2-3 years.

Undead labs is a good devwloper. Their problem is that their ideas with SoD is bigger than what they are capable of. Either they double their number with experts on their weak areas, or they drop SoD franchise. I prefer the later. Keep pumping AA games every 1-1.5 years.

Same goes for Compulsion games. I hope they keep pumping AA games to fill the gaps each year.

Although it leaked before the conference, Playground acquisition is the best news last night. We got two quality AAA studios in one. I just hope that the second studio won't be a Fable factory. Fable needs to happen once every generation.

Microsoft needs to work on a great, easy to use inhouse engine. It will help their smaller studios and might help them get launch exclusive games. Use it for free if your games is 6 months launch exclusive for Xbox ecosystem.

That Inhouse Engine right now is the SlipSpace engine but it would take years for the others to adopt it and I doubt that they would drop Unreal 4 after what The Coalition,Rare, and Ninja Theory have achieved in it.

I can see UndeadLabs doubling from their current 60 devs and focusing on becoming a AAA studio, Compulsion will stay Mid Level depending on what their next project is. They are the only Studio I don't like from the list though.

Damn I just Realized how Loaded 2020 is going to be for MS for the possible next Xbox Console

1. Halo Infinite
2. Forza Horizon 5
3. Rare's New IP
4. Ninja Theory's New IP

2021 could be Flagshiped by Fable 4 & Perfect Dark and 2022 by Gears 6 & The Innitiative's new IP.

There is no way Halo Infinite doesn't come out next year.

No Fable was a bummer for sure :) Was hoping for it and maybe a new Splinter Cell at the conference...

What make you think it is Halo 6? I am really not so convinced, why dropping the number all together in the trilogy...

Two years after Halo 5 and Master Chief is the main character....I'd be worried if they spun-off Chief in a game set after Halo 5.

I find it weird they're dropping the number when the current trilogy isn't done, however it's a Saga now and they said before that the numbering would go eventually, maybe It's just another effort to make it look sort of like a soft reboot, I'm not sure....I'm curious to find out more...Cautiously optimistic.

Yes, would make sense :) I'm very curious to find out about the game, this trailer sounded (and looked) so much that good old Halo:CE, I'm really looking forward to learn more about it and this scene with the Warthog and the Halo vista could be a hint to something more open-word... Why not..

There is no way it is coming next year. They would have had 2019 after trailer like Gears 5 or others. Also alot of their interviews have hinted its still very far away. They didnt even show ingame graphics or gameplay.

Halo 5 came out October 2015 so it's almost 3 years since Halo 5. If Halo Infinite drops holiday 2019 that would be 4 years which is more than enough to have the game done. A lot of the game is probably done by now so it's hard for me to see it launching holiday 2020. If the game isn't coming to Xbox One I don't think MS would announce it. Latest I'm expecting it is Q1 2020 but I'm expecting holiday 2019.

Ya, Halo Infinite isn't coming out next year. 0% chance

I like Tunic.

Zero Chance that MS releases a Mainline Halo and Gears game in the same year.
