Even in 6 months unless they announce something epic its gonna be hard to top donkey Kong, mark kart, smash, bayo 1 and 2.

But Xeno X, Star Fox (could be epic, the possibility is there), Fatal Frame, Splatoon, and SMT X FE could put it ahead as far as I'm concerned. As far as Nintendo's typical must have games, 2014 will be the epitome of the best year of software releases. For me personally, I'm more excited by XCX and FFV. Probably more so than ANY of the games released 2014.

That said, I think all the games you listed go far above and beyond as far as quality is concerned. They are amazing titles.

I agree but for me the only way to top 2014 is if Zelda and xenoblade drop this year. Zelda would be a huge Xmas game. I can't believe there not trying everything to push it out in time.

In terms of software support Wii U is pretty much dead.

Splatoon

Yoshi’s Woolly World

Mario Maker

Rodea: The Sky Soldier

LEGO Dimensions

LEGO Jurassic World

Guitar Hero Live

Fatal Frame 5

Devil’s Third

FAST Racing Neo

Project CARS

Starfox

Project Treasure

The Mighty No.9

Swords and Soldiers II

Xenoblade Chronicles X

Shin Megami Tensai x Fire Emblem

The 90s Arcade Racer

The Legend of Kay Anniversary

Zelda

(+ Multiple unannounced titles confirmed)

Yeah it's been a bit of a weak start and it's also pretty obvious that Nintendo were highly optimistic about some launch times too. Having said that, the rest of the year looks pretty solid at least but I fear it might be too little too late.

Guess there's no point jumping the gun pre E3 though.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

It did even out to about one game a month, and as long as nothing else but LoZ gets delayed we should have a stacked end of the year (I guess due to a few games still not having an official release date).

Games that still have to come out:

Yoshi's Wooly World

Devil's Third

Xenoblade X

Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem

Fatal Frame V

Splatoon

Star Fox

Mario Maker

Project Gaurd

Project Gaint Robo

Project Treasure (though I can understand if you do not count this, as it is a freemium game)

Add Legend Of Zelda (because it was supposed to release this year) and you got twelve, not including Kirby's Rainbow Curse and Mario Party 10.

That's 14 announced games, and still leaves us 11 (Zelda pushed back and Kirby and Mario Party have already released) games. There should be a title releasing every month, not including VC or anything else.

It is also not counting games announced at E3 that will release this year.

That's a nice list on paper looks really good (ESP xeno and ffv) however I can see a lot of those been pushed back to 2016

From this list only Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem have good chanches to be pushed to 2016. and just only for West, also at E3 you can expect one or two new games for this year.

If you look Wii U games for this year, Nintendo is still 100% supporting Wii U.

I think star fox and devils third too. Also those project games look very dubious to me

Star Fox is probably Nintendo big game for Holiday so I really doubt it will be pushed back, Devils Third maybe, we didn't hear a while about that game, last we hear is that developing going great and that game looks better than last E3 and that will have online, Those Projects games are probably smaller eShop games. We will know for sure in less in month at E3.

Nintendo knows that it has a big fanabase and they know people cant buy a new game every month, ofc there are people with money and want a game every month, thats where indies come in and the Wii U eshop

500 thousand people bought Mario party 10 roughly so far that leaves 9 million other people to buy a game. I think they can release more then one a month

Many of the games in this list are MIA and small indie. Lets not fool ourselves. There are small fraction games.
