Maybe another $50 price cut, but no way $100. It will be cheaper than the 360 soon if they cut it at that rate

ffX hd? are you joking?  they cant remake a boring story and a uninteresting world...

Whats your point? There are a lot of games there thats just 1. Many love those games so your personal opinion on them is really irrelevant.

FFX is the first of the bad FF, everybody knows that.  you can still love it.
its just not as good as the FF games before.

In this case XBO sales this year will be lower than last year. That is what i think.

A -50$ is seriusly too small when last year is dropped by -150$... Lucky for XBO (?) i don't think so, MS will probabily make another pricedrop, this time in all region (not US only) after half of this year because the XBO sales by april will be horrible, and another pricedrop in the holidays.

I remember playing it with my dad when I was younger.
Normally he doesnt enjoy games, but he really ended up likeing this one, after watching me play.
Eventually I showed him how to play and before I knew it he was ahead of my save game.

I ended up playing together with him, takeing turns, but more often than not just sitting there and enjoying the story unfold, watching as he played it.

I liked FFX, and thought it was pretty good.
I like open world exploration so for me 7 & 8 are probably my favorites of the FF series.

But because of how this game hooked my dad in, it kinda holds a special place for that reason alone.

Ive played all the FF games, even the MMOs (11,14).
I like all the FF games, there are NO ones.

XBO will just about get to 20m I think and PS4 will be around the 30m mark by the end of the year. Cannot see the XBO doing much over that considering how its going to drop off over the next few months.

The problem for MS is that as they said themselves, most of the year they will be selling low and relying on the holiday season to get a sales boost. Problem is, Sony will be pushing very hard this year I feel and the gap will only grow.

I am talking his predictions for x1 not the games..... Witcher 3 wont seell near 1.5 mill on x1, will sell more on ps4, and the install base is not that high.

I think you may be underestimating Witcher 3, the game itself is looking like it might even double Witcher 2's lifetime sales accross all 3 platforms. Witcher 2 sold 820k (more with digital included) on 360 despite barely getting any advertising and releasing a year after the PC version. On the other hand MS has marketing rights for Witcher 3, and are known for having big ad campaigns for many games that they get marketing rights to. They might even bundle Witcher 3, if they do, many of the Xbox One's sold between May and September (when Halo 5 might be bundled) will include a copy of Witcher 3.

As for Xbox One's sales this year, I think it will finish out 2015 over 20m, hard to say how much over, it depends on what is announced at E3 and what bundles MS has throughout the year. Just don't forget that 2015 is a Halo year, and Halo is a system seller. If MS is smart and has a $300 Halo bundle this Holiday season Xbox One will sell very well.

MS having advertising rights means very little. They had advertising rights to CoD, and Evolve and they still sold tons more o PS4.

And those were shooters, which XB owners love, RPGs aren't as popular with that installbase, I can guarantee that Witcher 3 will sell atleast 3 times as much on PS4 compared to XB1.

No, it's just your opinion. When the "first bad FF game" topic gets brought up, people usually pick X-2. Just because you didn't like it doesn't mean that  "everybody" thought so.

lol, FFX has a 92 Metacritic and has sold over 10 million units. It's obviously a terrible game cause an internet troll thinks so.

I agree, Xbox One basically has 2015 in the bag in my opinion. This isn't to say that it won't face competition from the PS4, but soft-ware wise Xbox One is just dominating for this year. Rise of the Romb Raider, Halo 5, Forza 6, Gears Collection, etc, etc. Not to mention whatever they could announce at E3 such as Rare's new game, whoever is making a new Battletoads, and whatever other exclusives they could have pulled off.
