I think we should agree to agree... So...

Sony NOT making Legend of Dragoon II Capcom NOT making a proper Breath of Fire VI Konami NOT making another Suikoden Square Enix NOT making another Grandia or even remaking an old one Nintendo NOT making another Mother or least releasing a trilogy collection Ubisoft NOT making Beyond Good & Evil 2 Of course, I don't hate any of them, I just want games I of series I enjoy. |
All of those games would be awesome! Except grandia, never cared for it... But a new suikoden or legend of dragoon with today's tech? Heaven...
If I hate a company, there's a reason for it.

I actually like how Nintendo didn't copy the idea of achievements because having them there makes gaming a worse experience. |
But you have 10 platinum trophies...
I don't like Sony because I find them to be deceiving and more interested in being seen as the best as opposed to trying to be the best. Many of their developers are great and they have many great games, but I do wish someone else was in charge of the brand.
I don't like MS when they do stupid shit like the whole XB1 DRM always online shit. Put me off the XB1. Also buying shit like Minecraft instead of hiring new developers and invest in more franchises than Halo, Gears, Fable and Forza.
I don't like Nintendo when they make stupid choices. 3DS was confused with the DS. Ok now you've learned your lesson, right? Nope, next up is the WiiU which was confused with the Wii. Really, Nintendo? And now we have the New 3DS.....*epic facepalm*
I don't like PC gaming...
MS annoys me because they got into gaming to try and pull a fast one on consumers by switching in a media box when we thought it was a game system (They even said this was the point of Xbox around the release of the first one).
Just like the Zune, Surface, and Games For Windows they are trying to leech off a market they played no part in creating. Again, they admit this when they said "We joined the console race to stop Sony from taking it over."
That's literally it. Not to make great games. Not to try anything new. Just to leech off of Sony's market share and implement anti-competitive clauses.
Prediction for console Lifetime sales:
Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million
[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]
3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m
I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.
[Prediction Made 6/18/2014]
I only dislike as a whole EA, because of their monopoly on the NFL, taking away nfl2k from me.

Grandia peaked with Grandia II on the Dreamcast once Square Enix got hold of the franchise it rapidly declined. To have another great Grandia game you would have to give the franchise back to Game Arts and even then its not going to happen since they currently don't have the manpower to make a great Grandia game since they are down to 33 employees.

Didn't Square only make one Grandia title?
