Yeah, that doesn't seem dumb to me. I have absolutely no interest in the product (literally not a spec), but expensive products aimed at niche markets that appreciate the thing being offered (in this case super high quality audio) can often gerate respectable amuts of profit. It's amazing how much people can be willing to spend for the things they value :p *stares at his gaming PC*
