The only things that really brought the conference were down were out of Sony's hands. First was Capcom leaking Street Fighter V early which would have been a huge megaton, and the GAF insiders overhyping the conference.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

The SFV leak was unfortunate.
Anybody listening to anyone but devs who will be there deserve to be dissapointed =P
If you dont play any Indies and hate them you deserve to forever be dissapointed. They are no longer the future, they are the now and their is no stopping them.

They didn't show Ratchet and Clank :'-(

Forgot about that. I guess we'll see it at E3.

The thing is it's supposed to release early 2015 alongside the movie :/

Exactly. If it releases before E3 they have to build some hype for it asap. Please don't just send this out to die Sony

My opinions of Sony's keynote:

The good: Uncharted 4 gameplay, Bloodborne gameplay, Street Fighter V with crossplatform play, No Man's Sky, better presentation of The Order: 1886, more Tearaway Unfolded, Yakuza 5 localization, Vita getting some love, and in general, a wide, wide variety of games announced.

The Bad: Momentum tapered off over the 2nd half. Santa Monica leaving the audience hanging, but I'm excited to see what they have in store over the next months. Keynote should have ended with a trailer or gameplay footage of a more recognized game.

The Ugly: SE trolling PS fans with FFVII

was i the only one that expected that the ff7 footage transformed in the next gen graphics? xD
did you guys notice the room clapping like hell with the announcement and than 2 claps after the trailer? lol

Sony needs to stop putting Square Enix figures on stage when they have nothing great to show.

And what was that teaser with a cube wearning hats? I want those minutes of my life back.

My 8th gen collection

Conference was good. Uncharted looked really, really amazing. Some people at IGN say that Drake does the same: climb. It wouldn't be an Uncharted game if there wasn't any climbing; that's what Drake does. No Man's Sky convinced me. Street Fighter V console exclusivity being specifically emphasized... wow. Might get Grim Fandango to try it out. Shu at STFU was hilarious. It makes me think of what kind of relations Sony has with the developers. Never played it before. Sure, Drawn to Death was a bit of a lackluster for the ending, but the concept seems kinda interesting. Not totally convinced to get it, but I'll keep an eye on it.

It wasn't the best conference of all time. Lots of downtime and some hiccups. But it was good. And the idea to have this conference in December was brilliant, so people can see how 2015 is shaping up to be.

I don't get why you guys are dissapointed. The show was pretty good IMO. Not ermagerd heartattack megaton good, but it was good.

Again, people need to stop expecting Advent Children graphics for an FFVII remake. Its simply unrealistic, it would need to sell like a new FF and nothing really shows that it would. Its way to big of a risk.

Anyway now that you are finally getting FFVII on PS4 hopefully people will stop with the demand for FFVII with 8th gen graphics.

Oh yea and VGC exclusive disappointment.

No PS4 HW! Maybe tomorrow.
