I predict that for the months of November and December (combined) the Xbone will sell more than the PS4 in the UK. This is mainly based on the fact that I believe a large portion of the still huge UK x360 userbase (as can be seen from 360 titles still dominating sales) will make the switch to next-gen this Christmas. Arguably the 2 biggest releases this Nov/Dec (CoD and Halo:MCC) are both Xbox centric and will help push up sales. Also, PS4 no longer has a price advantage over the Xbone which is a huge plus. Ill update this weekly with the running total chartz.

PS4 demand is constently greater, X1 only closes the gap when MS throws everything including the kitchen sink at it.

It only logic that the more popular console will be more popular in the craze of the holidays.

Is Halo big in the UK?

Prematurely posted this..anyway, I also think Microsoft have a few tricks up their sleeve which will also drive up Xbone sales.

Just anecdotal but I know a heck of a lot of 360 owners who are jumping to PS4 this holiday. Plus it seems like Sony are stepping up their advertising and bundling. From what I can see, PS4 should easily win here this holiday.

EDIT: PS4 just seems like the console to get for teens in the UK. I've noticed a lot of groups who you would label as casuals that bought the 360 last gen for fifa, cod, AC etc. who are going to PS4 this gen. Most people know that PS4 is the better console by now and only the hardcore xbox fans are sticking there

cool but this is just a collection of old games/remakes of them.

Most need to be realistic on it low potential to move new expensive hardware, this is more fan service.  For fans that are already there.
