I'm sure when you were 16 you knew everything about pop culture from 10 years before you were born. 

I did. Mostly because my dad/uncles/grandparents kept a lot of significant stuff from that era and showed it to me in order to show what it was like for them growing up. Then again I was born in 84 and a lot of historical events took place in the 60's and early 70's, more so then probably the 80's for those kids.

Yeah I felt like smacking her too. Stupid follower.

I don't blame these teens though. I'm an 80's baby but I can't stand playing OG Mario and Zelda or hardly any NES game. I grew up on the SNES with Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario World, and Super Metroid.

Respect to the past though.

Though I think it is because most of them don't play videogames too often.



Not mad at the girl, it probably just looked cool. If you're shopping for a cell phone case or something and you see something that looks good, chances are you think it's just a random design someone came up with....when it could be based on something that you don't know about........case and point.

That kind of thing happens all the time.
