I will as long as you're able to transfer downloaded games, NNID, etc. over. Will have had my orginal 3DS for 3 years now and it's already starting to wear out, namely in the shoulder buttons. I've also wanted an XL, a different body color, better sweet spot so maybe I'll actually use the 3D, better battery life, and of course another circle pad, though the one they added seems too small and positioned awkwardly, but hopefully Nintendo knows something I don't. Also heard they switched from SD cards to Mirco SD, so that'll suck aswell. But another bright side is I'll be able to play Xenoblade without paying $100, so there's that!

Exactly. But then again, this question was being asked ever since they unveiled the 3DS. Guess they plan to "revolutionize" the handheld market by bringing the second analog stick as a new innovation in their next handheld...


the GameCube C-stick was really smal, but it worked perfectly, like if it was bigger.

Nintendo clearly further perfected this kind of working functioning second analog, to work like if it was as big as the first analog, but for camera control, and stuff like that.


Well I hated the C-stick on GCN controller, so you're not helping

You could of put a normal GC joystick on it. If you had a spare. They're both the same size and part underneath.

yes, I sold my 3DS XL back in Dec when my financial situation was a bit of a mess. I now have a much better job with twice the pay and a ton of overtime so I was planning on rebuying one this Christmas but now I'm gonna hold off and wait for the new model.

Both New 3DS & New 3DS XL come out same day.

NEW 3DS XL will cost you up to $179.99¢ in America. And comes out somewhere from February to April 2015 most likely.

i just bought 3DS XL last year so i may need to wait for a few more years and then let's see. If they have a newer version of 3Ds and XL next year for the US. do you think they would push to replace the DS line maybe in 5-6 years?

The New 3DS & XL will be $150 and XL for up to $180, and they come out this February to April.

The next gen Nintendo Handheld comes in 2018 or 2019. Probably price at $199.99¢.

Nah, I don't think the games for the system will interest me much. That's just a hunch. because we don't even know more than two games that'll come out for the system, but still. It's a cool redesign though, but not much for me.
