I will as long as you're able to transfer downloaded games, NNID, etc. over. Will have had my orginal 3DS for 3 years now and it's already starting to wear out, namely in the shoulder buttons. I've also wanted an XL, a different body color, better sweet spot so maybe I'll actually use the 3D, better battery life, and of course another circle pad, though the one they added seems too small and positioned awkwardly, but hopefully Nintendo knows something I don't. Also heard they switched from SD cards to Mirco SD, so that'll suck aswell. But another bright side is I'll be able to play Xenoblade without paying $100, so there's that!
