Because there isn't a riot attached to it , also it doesn't come with a community feeling it's being targeted because of race.

It has everything to do with race, and nothing to do with the community, the riots, or anything else like that.

All shootings are bad, period, but when a white cop shoots a black kid, it is a perfect time for equal rights groups to pounce on it. Other than a few quick stories, there is nothing to be pounced on when a black shoots a white, however. It just isn't really any more significant than any shooting, which generally gets no more than a few minutes on the news.

Its no secret white cops racially profile black males but it happens vice versa also(something the media neglects to report)basically the stories of white cops killing blacks get the most attention because the media and government use things like what happened in missouri to cause descention between white and black people to further their own agendas
