I'd rather wait until i play GT7 to see if I agree or not

This...

Well, I can't say I'm surprised.

Gran Turismo started going downhill when Polyphony thought that spending time fixing the car (who would let his/her car rot on purpose and why, anyway?) instead of more racing would make the game more fun, and more importantly, when said repairs were poorly implemented and involved variables the game kept hidden.

When GT4 not only fixed them but made them even worse (for example, the clusterfuck that is the rigidity refresher, or who doesn't love unfixable, permanent horsepower loss due to mileage in a game with one-per-playthrough cars?) it was clear that if the crappyness keep spreading it could end up having an impact on other more noticeable areas.

If there is strong for a GT on PS4, then there's no reason why there can't be a GT on PS4. You're claiming 3 8th gen titles to be superior to one that theoretically doesn't even exist yet. How the hell do you know that a potential GT7 won't be leaps and bounds beyond previous GT titles?

Might not be as popular as it was during the PS2 era, but there are still millions of fans of the franchise. Laying it to rest would just be a dick move tbh...

So you want an HD version of the first 4 games, but if the best content of those games is included in GT7 it's no good? Does not compute.

I'm looking forward to drive around trial mountain on my ps4 and whatever new tracks there will be.

No way do you ever compare Forza (which never touched GT in any category), Project Cars (Could care less), and Drive Club (A game with a fraction of GT). What you are essentially saying is give me less quality and I'll be happy. No thanks, I love every single GT game and I love GT 6. Although it shouldn't have ever released on PS3, Polyphony needed to bite the bullet once to feel the harshness of milking a franchise. Once GT 7 comes out, we'll see those who complained come back in droves. Gran Turismo is a proven simulator, everything else are ARCADE like racing games.

That is like saying Halo should die. Stupid thread is stupid

Wasn't aware they were using halo 2 models and sound effects in Halo 4.

So it should be put to rest over sound effects and models? Wow what a joke.

It is most popular racing game on the planet and you think Sony should kill it?

Smart.

The most popular racing game on the planet is Mario Kart and is so for a while now 100 million in sales versus 70 million in sales and it did it with less titles 8 versus 10.

Nope Forza always has a better variety of cars GT has too many Skylines/GTR's and too many other duplicate cars.
