A ZeldaU epicTrailer + Star Fox U + Metroid (even if 3DS 2D platformer) would guarantee Nintendo a Win imo.

Star Fox U sees you control the ship with dual analogue, but control the gun turret on your ship using motion controls and the second screen to aim independently. Miyamtoto says it takes a half hour to learn, then feels indispensable.

Same with project giant robot. You go around fighting and smashing and the Gamepad shows the view from the robot's eyes. Sounds awesome, but they should make the robot look more sinister/cool.

Project Guard the gamepad shows a map of gun turrets that you placed. You tap that to switch between turrets which you aim on the main screen to fight off attackers.

All of these sound like awesome, classic gaming. Super hyped!
