Now we can really talk about competition and I hope it's about games now! A definite win for the market, the competition and the gamers.

I really do not think Sony is lacking games. If sales history holds true (other than Halo and GT) most consumers care more about third party multi-plats than just exclusive games alone. That and E3 speculation on games is just speculation.

No, I do not see why any early adopter would be pissed. Its the reason you are a early adopter. For people that purchased a X1, with the knowledge that sales were not that great, why would you be pissed. If you did not have the patience to wait then the only only person to be pissed at is yourself.

Oh come on
PS4 early adopters don't get the finger and no one could have thought the Xbox One would turn out the way it did.
People bought the X1 for whatever the reason with the believe they had in the 360 and got an inferior product which was more expensive.Only half a year later you get the option to save money on the console officially(the X1 is available for 400+tons of games anyway) cause they exclude the unwanted Kinect and the future of gaming(lol) which the whole console was built around.
This won't make people happy.
And if they reduce the price they should have dropped down to 300-350$ - You still get inferior versions of every game.
For all the people who said they will never release Kinect-less XB1... we all make mistakes.
From June it will become a real battle of the games I think.
whatever said: Motion gaming officially dead. |
The fad is finally over.

I can gurantee that there is quite a few hypocrites who just changed up their story. I know not everyone thought that way. ^_^ |

Sometimes tweets should be thought out more. Saying the PS4 remains the same really isn't something to brag about. It means the PS4 is not progressing or evolving but staying static while the competition is adding more value and incentives to the consumer. That’s one of those arrogant tweets that made Sony look bad at the beginning of the PS3 era and does not sound good if Sony is smelling their success to much. This is the reason why I like it when one or the other company plays catch up. If both MS and Sony were doing great, neither would have incentive to do better or compete better. I like it more when MS is the one playing catch up. MS definitely is not good when they are the lead because of their history. Sony really isn’t better but they are better than MS.

LOL! Why change a winning stragety? You are seriously trying to downplay the tweet too much. It doesn't mean it isn't evolving. It means it's given the gamers what they wanted from the begining #winning

So you don't see any reason why early adopters would be pissed? Not even a little bit? Okay then.

Let's hope both companies now really put all their effort in games.
dat voice commands though, couldn't live without it tbh.
I am very pleased with Kinect features for Xbox One, even if there aren't any games that do it justice and probably never will be.
Great to see more discounts, everybody knows the current weekly deals on XBL are far better than those PS deals so I cant even begin to imagine how good these new deal are.
