Lead character artists are a dime a dozen, they are not the creative core of a studio. Having said that some of ND's creative core have up and left, so the talent drain as a whole is somewhat concerning.

It's as if the spotlight is on ND all the time and people are hellbound to put dirt on them after TLOU.

Also I'm looking forward to another thread full of people making theories about this ranging from 'Druckmann didn't like UC4s direction and started over from the beginning, which pissed some people of' to 'Sony is on the brink of collapse and the rats are leaving the sinking ship'. Whoop whoop

Well when you're one of the most critically acclaimed studios on the planet it's only natural for people to want to dig up dirt on you :P

UC4 will come out, be amazing, and then everything will be back to normal~

Pretty sure there've been a bunch of threads about people leaving all kinds of studios lately.

LoL you all get that reason its news is these guy want jobs, they just finished at the best dev in the business their ass is gonna fetch top dollar for their position. The more people know the better.
