Microsoft should buy Sony, so that the new congolomerate may eventually realise that they're actually really crap at all this, and that there's more money in selling life insurance policies to old dying folk. We will see a massive implosion in the enthusiast gaming press, where the glory fans retrain to speculate on life expectancies, yearly revenues and the REAL definition of a "generation", leaving Nintendo to cater to much less fickle audiences.

MS, by the default. I am a Sony fan first and I enjoy a decent bunch of Nintendo's games/franchises, while I get nothing from the Xbox or MS.

They also brought the D-Pad, analog stick, 3D polygonal graphics ( among other things), but those things are irrelevant, amirite?

What have those things ever done for the gaming community. Lol. 

BTW: They are also the only ones still supporting backwards compatibility and giving people access to free online gaming. Those bastards! How about implementing the use of prior consoles controllers so we don't have to rush out and buy $50 controllers to play local multiplayer.
