The PS5 Exists.
Nothing new here. The same system has been in place on PSN since 2006, and Sony said nothing was changing. 3rd parties can implement it if they want. It also is in use if you download your game to say your friend and your brothers consoles. It only allows you to play on a second console if you are online.

That happens if you deactivate your ps4 as primary ps4, are not connected to the internet and are trying to play a digital downloaded game. Nothing new.

Of course the PS4 has DRM, what did you expect? You can play offline though. Sony just don't want people to just share the games for free everywhere because they plan to make money with the PS4, as evil as it sounds.
It's the same as on PS3 except you can't share stuff over two consoles anymore. Remember the days when we could share with 5 people? Good times!
Whatever, I can play all og my digital games offline, no problem. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

Sony didn't claim they didn't have any digital rights management (3rd parties probably would have dropped them if they didn't), they said it wasn't one that would bind disk based games to your account and make you check in regularly to prove you own a legal copy
meaning everything stays the same as PS360 gen
