makes sense

1. epic was on two sony conferences to show the engine but on no microsoft conference
2. we still didn't hear about a game from epic for next gen consoles and they surely work on something. if it would be multiplat i think we would already know about it
3. if you have an own engine it makes sense to make a game for only one console so that you can squeeze more out of it. because you want it to look as impressive as possible.
4. they all left epic games because they heard their next game is for ps4 (just joking)

Why is this megaton there not a ms stuido and there last multiplat game didnt do well plus they already have fortnight so good news yes not mega ton plus I doubt its going to be exclusive

based on the evidence i pretty much expect epic to be at this event. my guess:

1) new IP (or at least not gears)
2) multiplat but with some exclusive something. either timed exclusive or (more likely) exclusive content.
3) it will be,.. epic!

It's 2013 EPIC, not 2000 EPIC, I don't have high hopes.

It looks like Epic want to make a big push on PS4. I doubt any game they announce will be exclusive though. Unless Sony are publishing, Epic will want to release and showcase their engine on as many viable platforms as possible.

Best platform to show off the new unreal engine 4..makes sense. They have been absent at any MS events, I would not be surprised if it is an exclusive, or at least timed.

MS said gears is irrelevant, and they have used PS4 to show off unreal 4, this makes total sense.
