I would agree. The marketing is absolutely awful for this movie, but the movie itself is very enjoyable. The songs are not the best Disney have made, but they are quite catchy and work well in the film. It's nothing groundbreaking, but definitely worth seeing.

Watched this yesterday with my daughter. It was quite enjoyable.

Songs maybe not great but I liked the idea that the songs were somewhat discussions between people just they were singing.

Also, the short before the film was great too.

I don't know if you can tell, but I really enjoyed this movie.

I honestly can't shake the whole sequence of "Let It Go", as it's really struck me on a personal level. Not only was it sung masterfully by Idina Menzel, but the animation and characterization was top notch. I really identified with Queen Elsa and her struggle with fear and self doubt (and the fact that we both have ice powers), and to see her break through in that moment was really neat (also... when she lets her hair go... Woo!).

I also enjoyed how they played around with the usual Disney tropes. Anna and Elsa are both quite unique as far as the typical Disney princess go, and the reveal that Hans wasn't some prince charming was a great change of pace. Even Olaf, who I was not initially a fan of based on the terrible marketing, was great as the comic relief (And the song "Summer" was really funny).

With Tangled, Wreck-It-Ralph, and now Frozen, Disney Animation is back. I'd even say that they're the ones to beat when it comes to animated films at the moment. It's good to see them back.

(Oh, and I loved the short film. Big fan of classic Disney so it was neat to see a new spin on the old favorites).

I haven't seen this, but I think I might go and watch it. Parts of the movie is based upon the area I live in, and Disney have been doing some advertisment here. Don't know about anyone that has seen it though.

I had one though after the film, that being that if they did not try and hide her powers, allowed her the freedom of using them, while just hiding Anna's injury, there wouldn't have been a problem or should have hidden Elsa's part of the incident. It was her lost faith in her abilities that caused the story's problem.

Also, I'd love to see like a new CGI short film based on the classic Goofy How To cartoons, they were fantastic and it would be great to see a modern spin.

The movie was really enjoyable, despite some head scratchers by Queen Elsa. I felt that some of the character actions did not make sense for the characters and simply occurred so Disney could push the movie in a certain direction.

EDIT: This post came off harsher than I meant. The movie was really great! I am normally not a fan of singing in movies, but I really enjoyed them in this one. The comic releif snowman was done absolutely perfectly. Any different and he could have been the most annoying character in recent memory, but they just somehow pulled it off.
