Its only 99 dollars, plays PS1 PSP PSVita games and can stream music and video. But the biggest feature is being able to stream PS4 games to another tv and play them with your Dualshock 4. This is pretty big and I can now play PS4 games in my small tv somewhere else without buying a 2nd console

My only worry is the resolution though!

Day 1 for me when it launches in EU for 99€

I see the potential of this item and wouldn't mind having one. I don't think it will be to replace my vita though as I can use that outside as I normally do.

If it releases for $150 here in Australia in 2014 its day 1 for me. I cant see a reason why i wouldnt own one

yea, the stream will probably be 720p

maybe a later version of the vita tv will support 1080p output and 1080p stream from PS4 some years down the road, but I guess at start 720p will be fine as you will probably do the main part of your gaming at the TV your PS4 is actually connected to

Thought it was a way to watch TV on my Vita. I'm disappointed.

I think it's going to be a challenge to properly convey to consumers just what the thing is and what it does, especially in addition to the regular Vita, the original PSP, PS3 and PS4 being on the market, all at once.

I might get it, but it's very disappointing that you can't play every VITA game on it. This could've increased VITA sales if you could use the VITA as a controller for it, so I still have no reason to buy a VITA.
