It says so for Vita. If there's no online then I won't get it day one. I'm getting it to play my buddies really.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

Link to the fact:

- This game used to be a Wii U exclusive

Now you magically have the reason why it does not have an online component. Nintendo consoles are notorious for their online to be empty of players. It was a smart decision to make a game for the Wii U without online, it saves some budget.

joke about it all you want but i gaurantee this will affect sales. Guess the didnt learn anything from Origins, i knew the wouldnt. Its all good, ill just wait for a price drop(it will happen just as fast as Origins did) or get the cheaper Vita version. IMHO dont if youre not going to have a full set of features then dont charge me full price. Got local MP? have online and vice versa

thats a terrible excuse, what was Origins reason? as those started out on PS360 and have robust online

Definitely no online multiplayer, but there is co-op mutiplayer if you can meet your friends in person.

Won't really affect Wii U sales though, and that's the only place where I care about it doing well frankly.

it will affect all of them except for maybe the Vita version. They are charging 60 bucks for a game that has local but no MP...in 2013 people will see this and say "no thanks im good" or "ill wait" before someone says but Mario, Rayman is no Mario, not even DK just look at the sales of Origins when it first came out.

Matter of fact on the subject of WIi U Rayman is more popular in Europe guess which system is NOT popular in Europe, guess which one is? food for thought

Wii U owners will be less put off by local only. Nintendo gamers are not so online focussed.

Didn't they have like seven extra months to make the game? They couldn't use that time to implement online multiplayer? Very disappointing, but I'll still be getting the game.
