Do you buy Digital or physical

Digital 19 17.59%

Physical 83 76.85%

I don't have an opinion ... 6 5.56%

Total:108

I am a sad Panda today.  I let my friend borrow my PS3 and a few games.  Today I realized that I don't have my copy of PSASBR and regret not buying it digitally.   It wasn't until this fortunate event that I realized if I would have bought it digitally I cant lose things.   From now on I think I will begin to buy all games digitally.

Also my Dad recently bought NCAA 14 and I wished he would have done it digitally because I could of then downloaded it onto my PS3 aswell.

but when you borrow you should know that you cannot play right?

nevar, evar lend out your games bro :p
you will just find out they lost the manual or you forget to ask them back.
All happened to me >.
on the other hand, I don't mind some nice boxarts laying in front of me

and then when the generation ends and the services are shut down how do you intend to redownload your games if you purchase more than your storage capacity? or when your console fails.

easy solution.. just don't have friends or family..

yeah, with way things are going , digital is the best.
there is no point of getting physical nowadays since you just pop the disk in and it will install and update, consoles turned into mini PCs basically
plus if its digital you can download it any time you want, and on any system you want , and as many times you want , without it getting scratched or all that, and it saves a lot of physical space and money along with the trouble of finding a copy and all that.

I got so many games laying around and not enough space to hold them, these here are only "current gen" games, older games take even more space.

PS4 plays PSN / PS3 (digital) games , but not PS3 (disk) games.

Digital is more future proof than physical.

I don't think ps4 plays digital ps3 games, if that's what you meant

Physical on console, especially really good console games I wish to collect.
and all digital on the PC front, (mix of piracy and steam)

I will still buy physical copies of collector editions for specific franchises, but other than that, digital is the way to go.
