So what is a 4 TF GPU doing in a display of a console only capable of 1.2 TF

maybe they were approximating for xbone + cloud. i imagine it would be hard to get a reliable internet connection at E3 with everyone trying to use the bandwidth..

Well then, that would certainly skew things.

Cloud doesn't add real time processing power. Take Forza 5 for example, there cloud computing is only used to analyze the player and later on let the AI drive like you. Though since MS leaks out everything to the goverment, i don't like them to analyze my gaming behaviour at all.
