they can recycle lots of stuff

drive club starts from the beginning and either they use their budget for graphics than there will be not much to play,
or they invest in size than graphic will suffer.

i hope the game will run at 60fps as it will be very fast with almost only supercars.

I'm going by Forza's pedigree.  Also last time Evolution Studios made a game featuring real cars was in 2005 and Turn 10 only makes games featuring real cars.

Now, seriously. I doubt we'll see any substantial graphical difference between these two games.

Welll it's easy. Cars: Forza. Surroundings: Driveclub.
Forza is a sim so all the details goes into the cars while driveclub is a bit more arcade so it'll have more resources for surroundings.

I can understand your expectations, but to call any of them games being better than the other without even releasing or having proper footage is getting a little ahead of ourselves. Let's wait for confirmation at least. Won't be the first time a developer steps up their game or screws up big time on what they've done previously.

For racing enthusiasts, Drive Club. For your average game interested in racing games, Forza. Drive Club just seems to be targeted at car and racing enthusiasts over your average gamer.Drive Club  being only first person is a clear sign of that.  

We'll have to wait until more information on both though.

How do people know Drive Club is an arcade racer?  My assumption is that it'd be a simulation racer. 

Here's an interview and from certain questions and answers, Drive Club is a simulation racer, not arcade style like some people here are trying to downplay it as.

forza 5 is likely to be a bigger budget game but from playstation meeting on stage they said they are going insane on detail with drive club.

well have to wait and see as forza 5 is the bigger budgeted title.

I'm guessing you never played a Forza game.  Forza is always high quality even when Turn 10 is only a minor contributior like in the Forza spin off Forza Horizon the game turns out great.
