I would've waited too. After the JRPG fanbase is on board.

Persona 5 could be released in July 28th, it seems a good date and no userbase overlap with Yo-kai Watch 3 that is releasing on the same month.

I think sandwiching it between P5 and FF15 makes sense. They don't want to hold onto it until the end of October if it's ready to go out.
