Fine, if it's so funny to you, go ahead and laugh. But have the common courtesy to do it alone and have the common decency to leave people alone whose only crime is having faith. I know you think that alone is proof of ignorance, but try your hardest to let the children play pretend if that's what you think the majority of the world does.

I have a suggestion for you. Stop caring what other people believe and find something else to fill your life with instead of futile attempts to challenge religious views with faux-intellectual discussions.

I am very tired of all the atheist posts on this video game website. There wouldn't be any religious discussion on this video game website if not for atheists who can't seem to go a day without belittling those with faith.

How is that in any way an insult to religion? Please, answer that question. Please point out where I said Theists are stupid, funny, childish, or inferior in any way. Go ahead, I'll wait. By the way, many Theists have told me personally that they appreciate the discussions we have. I don't pretend that I'm a genius or I'm somehow smarter than Theists. I just enjoy having discussions with them, as they do with me.

To answer your question, suggesting that faith has any correlation to which gaming company one prefers is belittling. I thought it was so obvious that I needn't bother spell it out for you. Rather than learn to read I'm going to go ahead and assume that you're either playing coy or your distaste for religion is so thick you can't see how insulting this thread is to the intelligence of those with faith.

You know just as well as anyone else that people don't choose their religion like they do a video game console. Putting on an act as if it's just for discussion does not disguise your motive, "Christians will see my arguments and agree with me, therefore changing their beliefs".

I'm agnostic, meanwhile. A mean left-winger, but i don't categorically hate religion. Once we weasel out the bad things that religion can be used for (diminishing women, bias against gays, etc), it generally does good things in the world.
