RT means retweet, which is like quoting someone. No clue about hashtagging on Facebook. Seems dumb to me.

OT: Kotaku is just a horrible website in general. I just avoid clicking on their links. I don't get why Japanese developers port their games to pc though. Continued stream of income over the years if the game is good.
