This thread isn't to bash Sony. This is a discussion on their mistakes and decisions that should of been prevented. Most people who posted are PS owners anyway! So this shouldn't harm anyone. We all kno every makes mistakes even SONY!

Clearly the worst move Sony has made is the beta-max tape. Not only was it a dumb idea, but it held a sliver of marketshare for 8 year before Sony decide to kill it off. Then what does Sony do? They start making their own VHS players.

Vita so far seems like a pretty dumb move but it mostly how it has been handled and not so much the product itself.

I don't get it. People trashing Sony for its high price but also expect nothing less of a super computer out of PS4.

True True... If people want the power there gonna have to pay the price!

I expect a high price from Sony next gen, but not as much as the PS3. I think what made the price of the PS3 so high was the Blu-ray player and the addition of the PS2 emulator.  Of course the Cell played a part, but I don't think it cost as much as the other two.
