It does have a headphone jack:

But it's placed at the top of the controller though. I would have prefered if it was at the bottom because the headphone lead could potentially get in the way of the screen during gameplay.

Just waiting for Amazon preorder. Getting the deluxe model, but not sure what games. Have to look at the actual day one launch list.... definetly getting Ninja Gaiden as soon as it comes out, though.

Well there isn't any official statement about the wireless range yet but according to multiple sources it is strong enough to work in different rooms or even differnt floors to the console.

Why are so many comments "I just bought a Vita" or "I will buy a Vita" in this topic?
I will buy a Wii U as soon as possible, I really liked the line-up. But there is one and really big negative point to me: the graphics. Too be honest, what I see is not on par with what PS3 and Xbox 360 can do. I know the hardware are probably more powerful, but only slightly. I would prefer to pay U$ 500,00 for a powerful machine that represent a good leap in terms of graphics.

I'll get it eventually, not to hyped for it right now to be honest. I'll wait for a price drop or a sale... Also for some games that interest me, gingers crossed for paper Mario and a starfox game.
