The lastest Nintendo Power confirms the that Wii U version ME3 will run in native 1080p. I still think not including the first two games makes it rather pointless. I know about ME1's rights issues but what's the excuse for ME2.

Heck no!  It's as powerful as an Atari Jaguar and an Atari Lynx duct-taped together...

... except the CPU is clocked a little slower...

Mass Effect started off as a second party exclusive franchise to Xbox. MS published the first game. EA bought Bioware after ME1 was released but before the launch of ME2. From my understanding, ME1 would have to be remade from scratch to be published on another platform.
