Argueably the most famous shooter of all time returns to the Xbox name for the 4th time with the Iconic Master Chief at the helm. The game promises big things with fans expecting great things...oh look who got quoted.

Gears of War: Judgement is a prequel set 15 years before the events of the first game and plans to shed some light on a key name in Gears lore Damon Baird and his team...long story short, game is gonna be big.

Forza Horizon: Turn 10's critically aclaimed Forza series has decided to broaden its Horizons... ah-hem and take it to the streets in this break away from the expected, but regardless of where your races take place, whether on a grid or on the streets, you can expect Turn 10 to deliver an amazing experience...see for yourself!

I say why not? I'm far from being the most knowledgeable on Microsoft and Xbox but I'd like to have a place where I can get the information about them.

Signature goes here!

Great idea!

From Windows 8 to Windows Phone 8 to the new Xbox i cant wait to see what MS has planned aswell for the new Office.

There's quite a lot actually, Pax is coming up, Minecraft just announced its sales and gold members are getting a free game called happy wars. I think these three bits of news are a good place to start things off.

I'll support it, might as well.

Ascend: New Gods, from Toy Soldiers developer Signal Studios, is the second confirmed free-to-play game coming to XBLA, following Happy Wars' launch in September, Microsoft tells OXM. Ascend: New Gods is scheduled to ship "in several months."

XBLA's free-to-play games require an Xbox Live Gold subscription, "as many of the games planned will be multiplayer games by nature (an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription is required for multiplayer gaming)," Microsoft says. The free-to-play games will "leverage the Microsoft Points system," which we assume means they will "use Microsoft Points to offer players pretty, but useless items. And tons of people will buy them."

Xbox Live now has a Chinese-language site, prompting users to learn about Xbox Live and Windows 8 integration. Xbox Live is not available in China, most likely because of the country's ban on external social networking sites, WMPoweruser notes.

The sign up and sign in links on Xbox Live's Simplified Chinese page take users to English pages, transferring them to American servers. It's unclear if this means Microsoft has found a loophole that will allow Xbox Live to function officially in China, but this is a site in the right direction.
