Depends on whether you get to do anything with it, and whether it comes up at inopportune times. If you get to do what it was made for then it awesome. If not then it's either annoying, frustrating or embarrassing, and if you can't get rid of it eventually painful

I'm not really sure how serious this question is, especially since nobody seems to be treating it all that serious, but for what it's worth. It is difficult to describe the sensation as there isn't any other sensation directly comparable (at least for me). For me it is like a rope that is pulled from the inside triggering a tickling/relief sensation from the base up to the tip (particularly the orgasm where the sensation is intensified). There is also a sense of pressure but in a good way, kind of like the penis is about to burst into laughter or a smile. Also, it isn't a constant sensation in that it depends upon stimulation. There isn't any sensation just from having the boner.
