Well I tried using a reverse cell phone finder, which tells me the address for a cell phone number, but I have to pay like 15 bucks or more to get the info, which isn't worth it sadly..

I suppose, but my school isn't a good school at all, it's ghetto as nuts, so they wouldn't give me his address because I could be a madman! My city/school is bad, very bad so it actually makes a lot of sense that they wouldn't give out addresses lol

Get one of your female friends (the hotter the better) to post a message on his facebook wanting to hook up with him. Get her to organise a time and a place and just wait for him with baseball bat in hand.

Not being able to quote people here on VGC is starting to piss me off. Anyway blkfish92 thats why you need your female friend to be even hotter than his girlfriend. He'll either take the bait or his girlfriend will get pissed of with your friend wanting to hook up with him and track her down. Either way you should be able to end up getting in contact with him.
