thats the error it comes up.

I have no idea when it comes to computers please help?

Looks like you're able to load Windows to copy and paste the event ID or are you in safe mode?

If you can post the minidump file it will provide us with more information. Is there anything you notice that triggers it?

In a command prompt you can try a chkdsk c: for a read-only check disk to see if there are errors on the hard drive, which is a common cause for stop errors 'BSoD'. If it does find errors you have to use; chkdsk c: /f which will scan on reboot.



You'd probably get better help on Seven Forums. They have a dedicated "crashes and debugging" section which is mostly blue screens of death.

I really do recommend that forum too.



It's likely to be your memory which is about to fail or less likely hard disk drive. Sometimes it could be the Operating System which could be rectified by repairing through re-installation.

I'm pretty sure i found the problem it was to do was utorrent.

Well ive worked it out that its only when downloading torrents, i just cant figure out what is wrong with it
