No, he wouldn't. I've seen the same thing from Islamic preachers in the US, and they didn't go to jail. Its only when you begin to start speaking out of inciting violence against others in a a very direct way that the police ever start getting involved. |
don't know, first of all if an islamic preacher would call the death for all non islamic people i don't believe he wouldn't be at least under observance from whatever institute. and i don't believe he will be under observance now but wishing non islamic or homosexuals the death isn't any difference.
and to the point you said about freedom of speech to "the1", don't know if it is good that it's allowed to bring other people to hate whole races/homosexuals/whatever. that's clearly what he is doing. people who go in this church will start to hate homosexuals because of him and i'm not sure if someone of those people won't understand it as call for violence against homosexuals.
there is a difference if you just hate them and say in a conversation that you wish those people the death or if you preach that to other people. it's like an appeal to do bad things to them even if he doesn't say exactly that. i mean, who would be so stupid to say "kill those people" if you know you will get a punishment for that? but if you formulate it a little different you can say it all the day to thousands of people? that's clearly not good, even if freedom of speech is good. i mean, he is saying to his followers "it's good if those people will die" and you can't expect that people won't understand "if you hurt them it's good because how can it be bad to punish people for their homosexuality?"
he shouldn't go to jail or something like that but these people should lose the right to be preachers. his preachings are a danger for homosexuals.
