Everyone's talking about Vita's sales and saying it's doomed but I don't think anyone has taken the time to stop and look at the games that are currently out.
Army Corps of Hell - Can't find any written reviews, I don't know how much stock to put in this but on gamefaqs it has a score of 1.3/10 from 3 users. Saw some gameplay footage, looks very similar to pikmin, made by square enix
Asphalt Injection - Made by gamelof (probably enough said) asphalt games on every other console as well as very similar games.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend - Multiplat on ps3 and 360 in both the original and vita version
Disgaea 3 Return - Also on ps3
Dream Club Zero Portable - Dating sim, also on 360
Dungeon Hunter: Alliance (aka Dark Quest) - Also on ps3
F1 2011 - Multiplat on ps3, 360 and 3DS aswell
Everybody's Golf 6 (aka Hot shots golf) - Has free pc game as well as multiple psp and ps3 games and has minimial changes to actual gameplay
Little Deviants - Designed to show off and teach users about the Vita's touch controls and other abilities. Contains 30 mini games, by all accounts (of people who played it) is fun. However I doubt it will sell many consoles.
Lord of Apocalypse - psp version which looks largely identical
Michael Jackson: The Experience - I probably don't need to say anymore but I will. Also on everything else.
Ridge Racer - Very little content, will require you to buy dlc for more cars and tracks later. All other versions of this series basically better and every console including the 3DS has one.
Shinobido 2: Tales of the Ninja - Sequel to psp game looks very good
Touch My Katamari - Look like good game but there is a Katamari game on every console not likely to sell any systems
Uncharted: Golden Abyss - Very good game, may be overshadowed by the recently released uncharted 3 on the ps3 however
Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition - Multiplat on everything else
So if you actually look at the games the only ones that might be a reason for someone to buy the system (at this point in time) are Army Corps of Hell, Little Deviants, Shinobido 2: Tales of the Ninja and of course Uncharted: Golden Abyss.
Army Corps of Hell is kind of a niche genre in itself and may just simply be a bad game.
Little Deviants although said to be fun isn't something I see someone buying a system for
Shinobido 2: Tales of the Ninja I believe is the strongest system seller among them at this time, it's exclusive to vita and a sequel to a psp so it's not competing with tiself on the vita and is a very good game from what I can tell.
Uncharted: Golden Abyss while probably an excellent game has to issue of having to compete with it's "Big brothers" on ps3 one of which released quite recently, as well as catering more to Western audiances then the Japanese
Personally I believe once games like Gravity Rush, Escape Plan, Persona 4, Ruin, Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki and Malicious start coming out the sales will increase accordingly
