I really enjoy all the cities in AC, but I think Rome is my favorite for now. Constantinople is pretty sweet, but haven't explored enough yet.

Bowerstone in the Fable games is a great city.

L.A. in L.A. Noire is awesome.

He's talking across the franchise. Rome is in Brotherhood and Constantinople is in Revelations if that's what you're asking at least.
