It was actually Zengeki that pushed me to do it, but Xenoblade has definitly reinforced my decision to. If NOA won't give me these games, I gotta take matters into my own hands.

I modded for Fatal Frame 4 but it's nice I was ready for xenoblade.

Incidentally, while I answered "yes" I actually imported NPC Pikmin 2 before XB as I modded my Wii in June. It was basically my "test" game to see that I could play PAL Wii games on my setup (only tried PAL GC games before that) and suffice it to say it's another gem that is totally worth modding your Wii for!

Another game I was thinking about getting, along with Zangeki. I assume you played it with the fan-translation patch? I heard the game is quite buggy though...

I will mod my Wii for Xenoblade and The Last Story. I have no idea how to do it, but I will figure it out. If anyone has a detailed step-by-step guide on how to do it, please post or forward it to me via PM.

I did, and I am European. A few days agowhile playing Xenoblade my Wii started to have problems with disc reading, so I soft-modded it and installed the game on a USB harddrive. I§l have to do the same for other games as well it seems.

Seriously considering it at the moment. Joystiq's article really got me thinking more about. I may end up buying a used Wii so I can soft mod in safety. Couple of more games I could see myself getting.

Modded years ago, Everything is so much easier to handle,all games in one place. Lots of extra stuff and bypass the stupidity of nintendo.
