The walking dead, I don't watch much TV at all but this has caught my eye, just like the indepth life/stories of living in a zombie world

Great Silent Hill Artwork! Have you seen the movie?

I have seen the movie yeah, i was dissapointed in though, only because im a fan of the proper story in the games, for anyone who hasnt seen the games its good

The directer wanted it female orientated because he said, he's rather be suroundd by women at work rather than men,so he removed the main character harry mason who should have been in it, he changed it into a witch cult for some reason rather than its demonology side, and he changed it to alessa getting burned witch style which started a town fire when really she was just got distressed and cause the bioler in the basement to explaod causing a house fire......and pryramid head was in it just for the "coolness" he is only relevent in silent hill 2, anyway sorry to waffle on lol

Now that's sexist!

This is the directers exact quote "christophe gans" -I like women, I like to fu*k the American bimbo i wan't to make the movie with no men and have sexy women throughout .Women everywhere. I don't want to have all these men to deal with or the attitudes of men

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCh_yrarhB4

This guy is most likely gay and closeted. Only a closet case could be so desperate to affirm he likes women.

is sad that this movie was aloud to contune with that sort of an attitude, if your a fan of silent hill watch that link i sent, there are lots of episodes but they go though every silent hill. spin offs and comics its really good

I agree. Such a ridiculous attitude will no doubt destroy a movie.

Phineas and Ferb!

Every character is awesome, but Perry/Dr. D are especially awesome together.

The AMC Trifecta of course:
1. Mad Men
2. Breaking Bad
3. The Walking Dead

What would you classify Mad Men as? Drama? I guess I would have to watch the first season so that I could get an understanding of it. I know it wins emmy's!

Mad Men is definately a drama. I don't really see how else it could be classified.

Ok that makes sense. It just seemed from the previews to be ...I don't know. Maybe that it is why it took so long for the ratings to go hirer. Never really sure what it was about.

Yes, the premise is really quite weird for a TV show. It's essentially a period drama about people who work in advertising during the 60s-70s and how screwed up society was back then. It's not very action packed, and it seems like something more suited to be a movie than a TV show. It also seems quite cold at times (seems characteristic of the overall atmosphere and the acting style of the actors).

True Blood is really jumping off a cliff for me. Sookie can't act anymore (or has she always been like this?)

She never could. And what's funny is that the actress (Anna Paquin) has actually won an Oscar (granted, she was 11 back then, and even she doesn't know why she won).

Wasn't it for " The Piano that she won the oscar? Never could get into that movie. And the end was crazy!

Yes, she won for The Piano. I actually liked that movie, but could never really understand what was so great about her performance that warranted an Oscar (I mean, I think most 11-year-olds could've pulled that off). Ironically, she agrees with me (according to an interview she gave).

Well, acting modest sure is one of the ways to look like a ''cool celebrity''.As far as you and me know, she might think that her acting was the best possible.

Can't wait for the 2nd season,it's one of the best stories I've ever seen, and it has incredible acting.

Totally agree about GoT, it is just brilliant

But it doesn't quite compete with Wire or Lost which are my favourite yet (though the West Wing is right up there)

At the moment, I am watching Breaking Bad (fantastic), Torchwood Miracle Day, Strike Back, Falling Skies and the Killing (bear in mind UK is slightly behind) as well as many more....

What I am really waiting for is Fringe on blu-ray, as I managed to miss the start of season 3, so I need to catch up on it before season 4. Also greatly looking forward to Treme, Boardwalk Empire, Blue Bloods, Hawaii Five-O and yet more....

I watch a lot of TV!

EDIT: Forgot Mad Men! and 24 and the Borgias and so many more!

From the article, it didn't really seem like she was acting modest. She was just a kid back then, and I think she found it all pretty confusing. And when shesaw the movie again recently, she was wondering what people found so amazing about that performance, which isn't an odd reaction if you've actually seen The Piano (I for one still can't believe she won an Oscar for that, and she'd have to be seriously delusional to think that that's the best acting performance ever).
