That is insulting. The PSP's software horizon is much stronger than the Gamecube's was in 2006 or 2007. Hell high profile games are still coming out.

ive got to say though some of those gams are very tempting, the psp is just not the device it once was in my mind.  i still love my psp and all of the loco roco goodness, but the lack of a second nub has always hindered it, and sonys war against the big handed with constantly smaller less comfotable consoles means i keep my launch unit... the go is just painful to hold.

i also do not expect to see agito on the pspgo, considering the more recent games SE has not put out digitally

Apart of Monster hunter, those games despite being good, will fail to reach 1 million. they will even fail to reach 500K, some of them.

Outside Japan, PSP is pretty much gone. Which is a shame, but pirates ruined the platform already.

Willing to bet that Agito, GOW, and Dissidia 2 will sell 1 million. And I'm tired of this sales argument being used to justify the PSP's lack of respect. I'd rather have a system with a ton of great software that sells like shit than a system with a ton a shitty games that sell great.

No big announcment, no party, just 200 bucks. Still quite expensive IMO

Due to our strict silk pants-only policy, the PSP Go (and, really, any other handheld) has been a hard sell -- sure, the $250 asking price isn't helping, but that may be changing in the near future. A dutiful tipster sent us the above image from his AAFES-based store of employment, indicating a $50 North American price drop to $200 for the digital-only handheld. Oddly, Sony has kept mum on the possibility, not even offering a "We don't comment on rumor and speculation" to our repeated attempts at contact.
