Forums - Gaming Discussion - Games that have aged badly

All the games before ps2 have aged so badly that I just can't play them anymore.

OP: A good PC and mods would fix your Oblivion problem lol...

OT: Doom 3 hasn't aged well neither has Fable 1 or Far cry for that matter.

Check out my hype threads: Cyberpunk, and The Witcher 3!

The first Assassins Creed game. Loved it when I first got it, with the best graphic Id ever seen at the time. Went to play it again just before the sequel game out, didnt look so good then

Mario games(except 64), pokemon games, windwaker(for the art style), red alert.. those games havent aged badly for me

As for those that did, probably N64 games and PS3. I used to love ocarina of time, but it really isnt playable anymore. I'd rather have a wind waker remake on the 3DS

FFVII looks so old to me. A lot of PS1 games are unbearable unless I play them on my PSP (which makes them look good again).

The first Halo still looks decent to me for some reason.

A lot of PS1 games: Resident Evil 1-3, Gran Turismo 1, Driver 1-2, Tomb Raider 1-5.

It seems like most of my favorite PS1 games are unplayable to me now. Including, tragically, Silent Hill.

90% or more of all PS1 and N64 games.

horrid graphics, bad camera and stiff controls.

I stick with Uncharted 2...

Back then in november 2009 I was so impressed by the graphis and effects...

Yesterday I replayed the first Level and my eyes were like bleeding of this technical mess

:D:D

A bit controversial but GTA San Andreas on PS2

It was a gold standard on release but I played it the other day and its a low frame rate jaggathon with really unresponsive controls.

On the contrary I would say GTA:SA today (played it today again) is still more fun than GTA4 ever was.
