apparently pewdiepie is also racist because he said the "n word" a few months back... because simply saying words is what counts as racism not intent or motivation

i swear some people are so fucking stupid that they truly deserve to be manipulated in the ways they ultimately are subjected to

Not as much as hollywood is anti christian. Pewdiepiea actually has jewish blood, just like most white major personalities in media.

Surprise surprise, this is stupid.

This is so stupid that I wouldn't even say that Felix made a mistake.

Funny. If Colin Kaepernick had ever shouted out a black supremacist group, there would be people all over him about it. Not to say those people are any more correct or incorrect than the people that jump on Pew, but I figure it is just the balance and order of things. Funny to watch both sides be so sensitive.

When you multiple time use racial slurs, when you promote a nazi channels, when you befriend openly racists..

Yeah, how could you possibly look past that as "jokes"

The racial slur was an accident which happens. The anzi channel he did not even know it was one, He is not friends with any racist.

isnt he homophobic too?

Nah

OP- Nah Pewds is not anti semitic he made the jews about the jews last year but who hasn't made jokes about jews? This isntance of him shouting out the anti semeitic youtuber was because he did not know he was a nazi. He even deleted the part of the video and took ER out of the discription when it was brought to his attention.

Bit of a false equivalency. If Kaep were to shout out someone who, say, reviewed music who made an obscure anti-white joke in a video a few years ago that would perhaps be a bit more equivalent to this situation from my understanding of it.

And if that were the case, I would continue telling everyone to quit their whining.

He handled this one really well IMHO. I think this one will just roll right off his back like water off a duck. The mainstream media hates him because he's successful without them and represents a threat to them. There are definitely a lot of neo-Nazi's out there, but Pewdiepie isn't one of them, and when media outlets lash out at him like this they just end up looking more and more desperate each time. He's made some mistakes, and this was one of them, but it shows that he's sloppy, not racist.

I am disappointed that he didn't vet these people better though. I mean come on, you're promoting them on your channel, at least make sure you REALLY like them. When he denounced the channel, it did make you wonder why he promoted it in the first place, like is he just willy nilly picking channels he saw one good video on? Make sure you like the whole channel before you promote it, otherwise just promote the video you thought was good instead of the whole channel. He says he'll be more careful from now on, and I believe him. He's never been a thorough, professional sort of guy, so he keeps making these sloppy mistakes that he learns really slowly from.

Personally I don't watch his stuff, but he's a big enough presence that it's hard not to know about him if you frequent Youtube. I originally hated him for being so overrated, but I don't anymore. If people like someone or something, leave them alone about it. I used to be on so many hate bandwagons before I finally got sick of it. Now if I hate a person or thing, it's my own opinion on their merits. Justin Beiber? His music is pretty trash, but he's an okay guy, don't throw water bottles at him, that just makes you a jerk. Nickelback? Eh, some of their songs are okay. Not really my cup of tea, but if you like them, you do you. Pewdiepie is mostly pretty boring to me, but more power to him that he's found the success he has. He's increased gaming's footprint on the cultural landscape in a mostly non-toxic way. He seems like a nice guy, just kind of dense at times. He gets himself into so much trouble with his carelessness, so I can understand why some people grow tired of him and why advertisers find him toxic. It's not fair to call him a racist or a nazi though.

The media hates that the #1 person on Youtube isn't a diehard Leftist like them, and constantly makes fun of extremists that they sympathize with. He also doesn't despise the people on the Right, like Ben Shapiro (an actual Jew.) So, they are going to use anything to try and take him down. They made sure he hasn't been included in the Youtube Rewind 2 years running now. I mean, he can't continue to have a voice, it destroys their narrative.

It would not matter if he spoke about the black panthers of 1969. If he shouted out a black supremacist group, people would be all over him. My point stands.

Gross overreaction by the media, not surprising in the least.

If they were to be believed, you would think Pewdiepie is the devil and eradicating him would cure cancer or something.
