PS3 OUTSOLD THE WII IN JAPAN THIS WEEK!!!!
Confirmed!!

And it sold 40k in just 1 day(40gb release counts only 1 day)!

vs wii's 30k(drop in sales SMG boomz in japan)

360's 15k(amazing)

An that wierd shin game is in the top 20 best selling games in japan this week.
Ratchet fails.... sells only about 16k..

Actually... it's suspected... not confirmed. If you actually read the article they actually think the Mario Galaxy data might be mistaken since the preliminary data is based on a very small amount of the sources they use.

Still. Lookin good. If things are right though R&C definitly ain't challenging Mario.

Wow, it looks like I messed up. I thought SMG (the best game in years) would be more front loaded. I hope it still sells over a million in Japan. I also was suprised at how well DW PS3 and Mario Party DS sold.

I am glad the PS3 is getting traction in Japan because I am more interested in it than the PS3. It just needs 10 more good games and a $250 price tag and I'll buy it.

I don't mean to be aggressive, but I'd like to see a link or evidence that the Japanese market values BC highly.

I'm tired of people making unverifiable claims. Honestly, just because it's plausible doesn't mean it's true.
