I don't know if they are marketing it in America, but they are in Europe. I know if they did, it would nab 620k there, but I think it will do 560k without them.

In Europe it will be tough, but if anybody can give it that 440k through pure marketing, it is Nintendo. At this rate they could sell sand to an Afghan, snow to an Alaskan, salt to a slug, water to a fish, fire to a flame, sugar to a cane!

It depends on if its a good game or not because Nintendo was said to market The Conduit right?(It didn't work did it.)

I honestly think that this will do bad in America and Fail in Others.

Capcom would have to pull a 180 and really advertise MH3 in the rest of the world. So far they haven't done anything more for MH3 than they did for MH2FU, the Japanese version of which (MH2G) has outsold the Japanese MH3 by a huge margin. If the western sales of MH2FU are an indication, MH3 will never hit 2M.

That said, I have it pre-ordered for my Wii. I adore MH on the PSP. I wouldn't have tried it, if it wasn't for some Japanese-game-loving pals, however.

Nintendo never advertised Conduit.
