I was very polite in asking for the December PS3 adjustment to go entirely on the 19 December week. But did they listen? No! They only gave it a measely 9K upward adjustment for that week, not the modest 34K I was requesting.

Was it really too much to ask? Only another 25K needed, it's really nothing in the grand scheme of things, but it would mean so much to those whose personal sense of self esteem is tied to how well their favourite console is selling. Think of all the happiness you'll be creating in putting just that tiny, little iddy-biddy extra 25K PS3 sales for the week. C'mon, you can do it...

All those nice 7 figure predictions ruined because you're too honourable to fudge the numbers ever so slightly.  I think maybe we should get an admin who is more willing to cater to the sales whims and demands of the members. Data integrity is soooo last decade. Data manipulation is the future_NOW_BELIEVE.

Satistically it's not a lie, only a different truth of essentially equal probability (the fact that 25K less than 975K is also an essentially equal probability ruins the argument, so I'll do what everyone does when faced with stats they don't like: ignore it). If I asked for 1.3 million then that would be asking for a highly probable lie.
